Kale with Vinegar and Onions

- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 Vidalia onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Vinegar (White or Apple Cider)
- Take out stems of kale leaves. Add into 1/4c water and let cook on low in a covered pot until wilted.
- Take out of water. To serve add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Add onions on top or stir in the pot ( either raw or sauteed onions)
