Kale with Vinegar and Onions

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 Vidalia onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Vinegar (White or Apple Cider)
  1. Take out stems of kale leaves. Add into 1/4c water and let cook on low in a covered pot until wilted.
  2. Take out of water. To serve add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Add onions on top or stir in the pot ( either raw or sauteed onions)
